Duane Nasis

Duane Nasis (he/they) is a cabaret performer and multidisciplinary movement artist based in London. With a movement background rooted in Europe’s thriving ballroom/voguing culture, Duane has since explored a wide range of practices from physical theatre and clowning, to contemporary dance, gymnastics, and even lucha libre wrestling; developing a uniquely expressive physical vocabulary that has seen them work for a range of clients such as Sadlers Wells and Marvel Studios, to collaborations with Turner-prize nominated artist Anthea Hamilton and current National Gallery artist-in-residence Ming Wong.
